RACING SAFELY: A GUIDE FOR SPARTANS
PILLARS OF SAFETY AT SPARTAN EVENTS

As we return to hosting events, Spartan’s #1 priority is to put on safe, enjoyable, and physically challenging races. Below are the guiding safety principles and event modifications we’re making to ensure a safe, exciting event for everyone.

In accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and varying state health guidelines, Spartan has implemented safety measures to mitigate COVID-19 transmission risks at events.

All event staff will be tested and cleared prior to arriving on site. All participants are subject to declaration of health prior to admission and required to provide proof of a negative lateral flow test from the NHS.
Capacity will be limited, start times will be staggered. Less crowds, more room to spread out and distance.
All customer touchpoints undergo enhanced cleaning. Sanitiser is available throughout the festival area, and event modifications are made to reduce interactions with others.
Face coverings & masks are not required on course. However we strongly encourage you to wear a mask in the Festival area.
