This high-energy event features 10 classic DEKA zones connected by 160m running intervals (totalling 1 mile), designed to test strategy, strength, and endurance.
Overview:
- Team Format: 2 individuals per team (Male, Female, or Co-ed).
- The Challenge: Complete 10 fitness zones and associated runs.
- Strategy-Led: Teams decide how to split zones and runs to play to individual strengths. Strategic baton passing and a shared zone workload are key.
- Run Details: The first and last laps are completed as a full team, while rounds 2-8 require one member per 160m interval.
