Editing Profile, Transfer of your Registration, Referral At Spartan we understand that unexpected things come up in life and sometimes we cannot do anything about it. Our registration system is allowing you to do some changes online directly from your profile. You can change your heat time for service fee 5€. Attention, this fee can be paid only with credit card. Another change which can be done online is substitution. All changes can by made online till last Tuesday before the event. For more info click here

Rules & Regulations

You will receive a bib number or head band in your racer pocket. One of these is mandatory to wear it. Also it increases your chances to get nice pics from the race afterwards...You are not allowed to pass your bib number to another participant. You will also receive a timing chip. It is mandatory to wear the timing chip at all times during the race on your wrist, otherwise you cannot be timed. You are not allowed to pass your timing chip to another athlete, as it is linked with your bib number. You are not allowed to cut the course. You can overtake others anywhere unless elsewise announced on the course. Also at obstacles. However we expect that you respect the other athletes. Arrival & Heat times

Arrive 90 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. Check registration schedules in the Athlete Guide. Heat start "Spartan Race operates with heat starts between 150 and 250 athletes every 15 minutes after the first heat. (Interval can be shorter) Choose your starting time well according to your level, your team and your objectives. Do not go into the last waves if you think you will have difficulty finishing the course. There is no time barrier but for obvious security reasons everyone must be home before a certain time. What to bring / What to wear?

What To Bring Your ID Insurance Card Towel, waterproof bag, & extra (dry) clothes/shoes Sunscreen & hydration Headlamps are recommended for later start times What to Wear Dress in performance gear (not cotton). Think compression bottoms and breathable tops made from water wicking material. Wear comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but beware, they are going to get dirty. Practical information, Festival & Spectators

PARKING parking is free There will be a parking area near the venue. However this will be limited. So we ask you to arrange carpooling to reduce the number of cars. Please don&#x27;t park on the roads, access to the venue would be blocked. This applies to anyone (spectators, racers etc.). Please, keep all your staff in the car out of eyes from thief. Organizer is not responsible for stolen items from parked vehicles. More information will be sent a few days before the race in the Athlete Guide. BAG CHECK You can drop a bag at our bag Bagdrop off tent. After the race you can pick up again. Bag-check is free of charge for one piece of bag. Maximum size of your bag is 35cm x 50cm or 35 liters. We will no accept any travel bag. The size limit does not apply to volunteers. Bag Check RELIEF AND SUPPLY: A first-aid post will be placed at the end of the race with water, bandages and a loan ambulance service to respond quickly to any part of the course. In the case of an accident, there are race officials posted at every obstacle who can use the emergency radio to summon help immediately. You are allowed to take with your supply of water and food if you estimate you need it. The organization will set up supplies of water on the course but you should not rely only on it to hydrate you. Don’t hesitate to take water, gels, and bars with you AND keep all rubbish with you! SPECTATORS Bring your friends and family to the race and watch and support the racers on the track. Come and enjoy an extraordinary experience during the day connected with various activities in the festival grounds. VARIOUS Pic-nic and barbeques are not allowed in the race area. You can find food and beverage at the Spartan Race Festival Area.

Please plan to arrive 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. After the race you will have access to photos and videos of your race. You will receive more information by email as soon as it is posted. Highlight your bib number in order to be automatically recognised by the photo system.
