What To Bring Your ID Insurance Card Towel, waterproof bag, & extra (dry) clothes/shoes Sunscreen & hydration Headlamps are recommended for later start times What to Wear Dress in performance gear (not cotton). Think compression bottoms and breathable tops made from water wicking material. Wear comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but beware, they are going to get dirty. Spartan Workout tour is a series of training sessions designed not only for all seasoned Spartans who live in the Spartan lifestyle but also for people who are still preparing for their Spartan premiere. Race Arrival & Start Times

Please plan to arrive 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. After the race you will have access to photos and videos of your race. You will receive more information by email as soon as it is posted. Highlight your bib number in order to be automatically recognised by the photo system.
