PARKING A large, free parking lot for visitors to Górka Środulska in Sosnowiec is located directly next to the ski slope and the recreational complex. BAG CHECK You can drop a bag at our bag Bagdrop off tent. After the race you can pick up again. Bag-check is free of charge for one piece of bag. Maximum size of your bag is 35cm x 50cm or 35 liters. We will no accept any travel bag. Bag check RELIEF AND SUPPLY: We will have first aid kits at the training site in case of an emergency. If you feel it is necessary, you can bring water and food. Don&#x27;t hesitate to bring water, gels and bars, and remember to keep all your rubbish with you! SPECTATORS Bring your friends and family along for a training session so they can witness you overcome obstacles, dominate the finish line and receive your well-deserved medal! Come and experience an unforgettable day full of emotions, combined with the various attractions of the Festival. There are plenty of challenges to test yourself and the opportunity to enjoy watching your family overcome the route. This is a great opportunity to spend time together, enjoying a shared experience and an atmosphere full of energy! VARIOUS Pic-nic and barbeques are not allowed in the race area. You can find food and beverage at the Spartan Race Festival Area.

What To Bring Your photo ID Insurance Card Towel, waterproof bag, & extra (dry) clothes/shoes What to Wear We recommend trail shoes or similar. We strongly advise against running barefoot due to the very demanding and varied terrain. Clothing according to the current weather forecast, functional clothing is suitable, hats and gloves will not get lost from the cold and frost, as well as thermal foil.

Editing Profile, Transfer of your Registration, Referral At Spartan we understand that unexpected things come up in life and sometimes we cannot do anything about it. Our registration system is allowing you to do some changes online directly from your profile. You can change your heat time for service fee 5€. Attention, this fee can be paid only with credit card. Another change which can be done online is substitution. All changes can by made online till last Tuesday before the event. For more info click here

SPARTAN - OPEN WORKOUT SOSNOWIEC is a training designed for parents and kids (aged 4–14). The obstacles have been crafted to be fully safe and adapted for both the youngest recruits and adult Spartans. SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 9:50 AM | Participant Registration & T-shirt Distribution -Opening of the registration desk -Participant data verification -Distribution of bib numbers (division into groups) and event T-shirts -Providing participants with event information 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM | Main Workout -Kick-off of the Spartan workout -Division of participants into starting groups -Coaches lead various exercises adapted to different fitness levels 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM | Group Photo & Wrap-up -Gathering all participants for a commemorative group photo -Capturing the moment with all event attendees -Thanking participants for taking part and official closing of the event

Race Arrival & Start Times

Please plan to arrive 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. After the race you will have access to photos and videos of your race. You will receive more information by email as soon as it is posted. Highlight your bib number in order to be automatically recognised by the photo system.
