Registration and Delivery of Kits

1st Day: Date: Saturday, August 2, 2025 (same day as the event) Location: Heroic Military College Ultra Registration Opening: 6:00 AM (exclusively for Ultra category athletes) Registration Opening: 7:00 AM for all competitors not participating in the Ultra category. 2nd Day: Date: Sunday, August 3, 2025 (same day as the event) Location: Heroic Military College Registration Opening: 7:00 AM for all competitors Requirements for Package Pickup: ● ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST PRESENT OFFICIAL PHOTO IDENTIFICATION AND A PHYSICAL COPY TO COLLECT THEIR RACE NUMBER. ● ANYONE NOT MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO COLLECT THEIR RACE NUMBER. ● Each participant must present their signed LIABILITY WAIVER (printed). In case a friend or family member collects your race kit, it is essential to send the QR code with the completed web check-in or, alternatively, a signed waiver letter from the participant; otherwise, the kit will not be handed over. ● Present printed or digital Registration Confirmation. ● Present official photo identification. ● Race number pickup is on the same day as the event; arrive one and a half hours before your start time. SPARTAN KIDS Package Pickup: • It is ESSENTIAL that a parent, guardian, or responsible adult SIGN AND PRESENT THE LIABILITY WAIVER for the minor.

Competitors Information

CHIP and Competitor NUMBER When you pick up your package you will be given an envelope which contains: - A headband with your competitor number printed on the band. You will need to place the band on your head with number in front. - A yellow plastic tape with the CHIP attached to it. You will place the band with the CHIP on your wrist in any of your arms You must carry the CHIP throughout the competition to be able to take your times and results, which you can see later on the website. - The delivery of the chip and competitor number will be the day of the event.

WomanUp is a community of women who are fans of physical activity and sports that provides the opportunity and space to integrate into the Spartan lifestyle. Here, together, we can share doubts and training, as well as learn from other women with more experience in the sports field, everyday women and certified Spartan trainers SGX. Who can participate? All women who: - Be your first Spartan. - They have participated in a Spartan but still do not feel like experts and are looking for a more friendly and personalized. - They want to share the experience with friends or with a group of women to feel more secure and comfortable. - They have always wanted to participate, but still do not dare to try. - They do not feel safe to participate in a mixed event. - They want an environment where you feel part of a community. - Need specialized information for women. - Women from 14 years and over. - They seek a non-competitive and fun experience alongside other women. Race Arrival & Start Times

Please plan to arrive 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. What to bring / What to wear?

What To Bring - Your ID - Barcode (printed or saved to your phone) (find it in your Spartan Account) - Towel, waterproof bag, & extra (dry) clothes/shoes - Sunscreen & hydration - Headlamps are recommended for later start times - We recommend wearing performance gear (compression bottoms and breathable tops) - Comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but are OK to get dirty. Get an OCR-tested shoe and gear up for race day in the Spartan Shop

Photos of the Race

After the race you will have access to photos and videos of your race. You will receive more information by email as soon as it is posted. Highlight your bib number in order to be automatically recognised by the photo system.
