The Race Day Program will highlight everything that you need to know about the race weekend, including updated event schedules, course & festival details, parking instructions, and more. Arrival & Heat Times

Every participant should plan to arrive at the Registration Area 90 minutes before their respective Wave Start Time (Check your individual registration and QR Code for confirmation of Wave Start Time). Registration opens 90 minutes prior to the start time of each wave; registration must be completed 15 minutes before your wave start time. Arriving 90 minutes before your wave start time, will ensure that you have time to park, pick-up your registration packet, change into your racing gear, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. Bring the following with you on race day to claim your Race Packet from the Registration Area: - Photo ID - Printed copy or digital E-Ticket (showing QR Code) - Signed Participant Waiver (Participant Waivers must be signed by a Parent or Guardian for all Spartan Kids’ events). Registration (and Festival) will open at 5:30AM on Saturday. YOUR exact start time is listed on your QR Code and will be posted in your Spartan Account approximately 5 days prior to the event date. - Unique Finisher Medal (medal engraving will be available) - A trifecta medal wedge piece (run a Sprint/Stadion, Super, Beast/Ultra to collect all three pieces!) - Finisher T-shirt (your other one should be dirty) - A sense of achievement - The admiration of your children, parents, husbands, and wives

What To Bring

- Your photo ID - Signed Participant Waiver Form - QR Code (printed or saved to your mobile device) (find your QR Code in your Spartan Account) - Towel and / or body wipes, waterproof bag, and extra dry clothes and shoes to change into after you’ve finished racing - Sunscreen or sun cap / hat to protect you from the sun - A personal hydration solution if you will be racing more than 2.5 hours out on course (i.e.: Hydration pack, Hydration vest, Hydration belt) - Race nutrition and electrolyte tablets - We recommend wearing performance breathable compression gear (bottoms, knee high socks, and a long-sleeve top) - Comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in but are OK to get dirty.

Race Arrival & Start Times

Please plan to arrive 60 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your registration packet, drop your stuff at bag check, and get warmed up. What To Bring - Your ID - Barcode (printed or saved to your phone) (find it in your Spartan Account) - Towel, waterproof bag, & extra (dry) clothes/shoes - Sunscreen & hydration - Headlamps are recommended for later start times - We recommend wearing performance gear (compression bottoms and breathable tops) - Comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but are OK to get dirty. Get an OCR-tested shoe and gear up for race day in the Spartan Shop

Photos of the Race

After the race you will have access to photos and videos of your race. You will receive more information by email as soon as it is posted. Highlight your bib number in order to be automatically recognised by the photo system.
